CMP Excellence-In-Competition (EIC) Matches are pistol competitions where civilian and military competitors can earn credit points that count towards the awarding of Distinguished Pistol Shot, Distinguished .22 Rimfire Pistol, and Distinguished Service Revolver badges. The matches for each of these are held as part of the the State Championship. For the .22EIC match, there were 17 non-Distinguished competitors. TSgt.
